General Ledger Detail by Unit Code
Display General Ledger detail records selectable by one or more unit codes, G/L account and G/L sub account. Syteline offers the ability
to add unit codes to transactions based upon department, product code and two user defined settings. Once the transactions have been
completed, however, there is no simple and comprehensive report that allows the user to view details from the general ledger based upon
a unit code selection. The General Ledger Detail by Unit Code report provides this functionality in a simple to use format.
This report utilizes standard Syteline logic to access records based upon sorting methods defined by the user. From any of the Financial
screens, the user defines their sorting method by accessing this screen under the utilities drop down menu. As a note, sort method 2 comes
standard with Syteline.

The sorting method defined on this screen is then used to select and sort records on the new General Ledger Detail by Unit Code report. To
access this report your system administrator will need to add the report to either a custom menu or to an accelerator key. Once you have
gained access to the report menu you will see the following display.
By simply entering a range into the appropriate fields based upon your desired criteria the following report will be displayed.
