Two months into my work with AIT business; I was invited to listen in on a call that our implementation team was having with a recent deployment. The questions about the product behavior were well thought out and probing, but answers weren’t immediately known. The experts had not seen this before, but knew that this technology would be able to handle it.
After about 15 minutes of digging into the technology, the answer was discovered and to the client’s joy, the problem was solved. The client erupted by applauding our team for their effort, help and ability. This is the difference between doing a job, and being passionate about solving the snags that you find in your business performance.
